Data protection & privacy 

This page explains how your personal data is processed by Dorset Chamber Orchestra or when you buy tickets for Dorset Chamber Orchestra concerts.  If you have any questions about how we handle your information or wish us to stop holding your information, please email admin@dorsetchamberorchestra.org.  

Mobility and accessibility information 

This applies to any ticket-holder, Friend or member of the orchestra who provides information about mobility issues or accessibility needs in relation to your attendance at a concert or rehearsal.  We will hold this type of information only with your consent and will use it only to make appropriate accessibility arrangements at your request.  At any time you can withdraw your consent and ask us to delete this information: but please note that we may not be able to make fully appropriate arrangements for access or support if we are not informed of your needs. 

Ticket holders

If you purchase your ticket online via our website, this will take you to the TicketTailor service.  TicketTailor provides information about how it processes the personal information you provide when purchasing tickets.  

When making a purchase you will be asked whether you agree to your email address being [RA1] included on the Dorset Chamber Orchestra mailing list: see further information about this below.
