The lockdown periods took a heavy toll on all Arts organisations. In order to help us meet the ongoing costs of running the orchestra, there is an option to make a donation when ordering your ticket.

If you purchase your ticket online via our website, this will take you to the TicketTailor service. TicketTailor provides information about how it processes the personal information you provide when purchasing tickets.  

When making a purchase you will be asked whether you agree to your name and email address being included on the Dorset Chamber Orchestra mailing list: see further information about this below.

When you buy a ticket through our website or become a Friend of Dorset Chamber Orchestra we will ask if you wish to join our mailing list. If you agree, we will periodically email you with information about Dorset Chamber Orchestra and our events. We will hold your name and email address securely and will not share any of your personal information with any third party.  

The legal basis for this processing of your information is consent. You can withdraw your consent and ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time, by emailing (please put “Unsubscribe from mailing list” as the subject of the email).
